Dark Sky Tourism Australia is building a national network of tourism operators committed to delivering exceptional night-time experiences while protecting the environmental, cultural and economic value of darkness.



The Responsible Night Tourism Partner Program recognises businesses that:
- Protect the night environment
- Deliver safe and inspiring guest experiences
- Respect nocturnal wildlife and cultural knowledge
- Contribute to the growth of dark sky tourism nationally

Responsible Night Tourism Partner (16 – 25)
Entry-level recognition for businesses committed to responsible practice and annual reporting.
Accredited Responsible Night Tourism Partner (26 – 35)
For operators demonstrating strong implementation of responsible night standards.
Leading Responsible Night Tourism Partner (36 – 45)
For businesses showing sector leadership, innovation and advocacy.
